1. Overview
Ridible AI ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform operated by Ridible LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at aise.ridible.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address when you register.
- Meeting transcripts: Audio transcriptions from live meeting sessions you initiate.
- Calendar data: Meeting titles, dates, and attendees from connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook accounts (read-only).
- OAuth tokens: Access tokens from third-party integrations (Zoom, Slack, Google, Microsoft) that you explicitly authorize.
- Usage data: Basic logs of features used for debugging and improving the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI analysis of your meetings (decisions, risks, action items).
- To provide live meeting intelligence during active sessions.
- To send meeting summaries and briefings to connected Slack workspaces.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your meeting content to train external AI models without explicit consent.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Anthropic / OpenAI: AI analysis of meeting transcripts.
- Deepgram: Real-time speech transcription.
- Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack: OAuth integrations you choose to connect.
- Railway: Cloud infrastructure and hosting.
- Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store card details).
5. Google API Data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, for the read-only Google Calendar scope:
- Access: We request read-only access to your Google Calendar to retrieve upcoming event details — title, start and end time, attendees, and any video-conferencing link — solely to display your schedule inside Ridible AI and to let you choose a meeting for our AI to join and analyze.
- Use: Calendar data is used only to render your calendar and "next meeting" views and to detect which video platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) a meeting uses. We do not use Google Calendar data to train AI models.
- Storage: We do not persist raw Google Calendar event data — it is fetched from Google's API on demand each time you view your calendar and is not stored in our database. The only thing we store is your encrypted OAuth access/refresh token (see Section 7), and, only if you explicitly choose to import a specific meeting, that meeting's title, date, and video-conferencing link are saved as a regular meeting record in your workspace.
- Sharing: We do not share Google Calendar data with any third party, including our AI/transcription providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Deepgram) — those providers only ever receive meeting audio and transcripts from sessions you explicitly start, never raw calendar data. You can revoke Google access at any time from Settings, which immediately stops all further access.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. OAuth connections can be disconnected at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access to that provider.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using Argon2. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, though no system is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
